Fall 2018 Department Events

Incoming Master's student orientation will introduce the department and briefly cover the path to successful completion of the degree.

New and returning Graduate Assistants and Teaching Associates will be given their work/teaching assignments and the administrative processes (becoming a University/Foundation employee, payroll, etc.) will be covered.

New and returning doctoral students will receive updated information for successful completion of the degree and the expectations the department has for each student.

All new, continuing, and former students, staff, and faculty are invited to the annual “Beginning of the New School Year” social at ChuckAlek Biergarten. Come enjoy beer and tostadas with past and present colleagues in a picturesque, family friendly setting.
