The Department of Geography at SDSU operates three laboratories; two computer labs and one physical geography lab. The computer labs are equipped with Sun Solaris UNIX and Windows/Apple workstations.

Semester Lab Hours, CESAR and SAL:
- Monday – Wednesday: 7:30am – 9:00pm
- Thursday and Friday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Sunday: 1:00pm – 5:00pm
To gain access to CESAR in the evenings and weekends, please contact the graduate student in SAL.
Lectures and lab sessions are held in the labs throughout the semester. Students may work during these times only if there is room and work is done quietly. Instructors may ask students to leave if they are disrupting the scheduled class. Lab Class Schedule
The laboratories are supported by four (4) full time technical staff.
