Spatiotemporal Epistematics Knowledge Synthesis Model - Graphic User Interface

Spatiotemporal Epistematics Knowledge Synthesis - Graphic User Interface (SEKS-GUI) is a spatiotemporal mapping software bringing together the epistemic geostatistical approaches such as BME, GBME, etc into the user-friendly wizard. SEKS-GUI framework can incorporate hard and soft spatiotemporal information into the epistemic reasoning process to produce the spatiotemporal estimation in the form of full posterior pdf.

Spatiotemporal modelling and mapping of the bubonic plague epidemic in India

This work studies the spatiotemporal evolution of bubonic plague in India during 1896-1906 using stochastic concepts and geographical information science techniques. To our knowledge, the maps in this site are the first time study shown the detail bubonic plague transmission in India. For the visualization purpose, this site provides the complete set of mortality maps and their related cumulative infected areas maps.
